Online Customer Service Executive
This position will be responsible for providing members (students, tutors, education centers) of Relible Tutors India with an extraordinary customer service experience. We are seeking a highly motivated, high-energy, detailed person to provide outstanding phone and email customer service to our customer-base in a fun, non-call center environment.
Position Description and Responsibilities:
- Specific job is to understand a student’s requirement of tutors, translate that requirement with proper skills and forward to different local tutors and coaching classes.
- Answering incoming customer service telephone calls and emails.
- Other Office duties as assigned.

- At least 1 Year of Customer Service Experience
